IGM exists because Daniel Mathien's grandmother needed a website for her hair salon and couldn't afford one.
So we built it for her. Then we built more, for other small businesses that deserved a quality web presence without the agency price tag.
Over time, the same conversation kept coming up on client calls. Business owners told us they were losing customers because they couldn't keep up with their phones. People called, no one picked up, and those people found someone else.
We started building EMMA, a voice AI receptionist who answers your calls, talks to your customers, and books appointments on your behalf. She runs on Infenet-AI, a framework we built from everything we learned working with businesses over the years.
